UKB who said 'Kemal Kurkut was shot directly', stepped back and said: He was shot by a ricocheting bullet 2019-05-29 14:04:17 DİYARBAKIR- National Criminal Bureau who said 'Kemal Kurkut was shot directly' in their first report, claimed that Kurkut was shot by a ricocheting bullet in their second report, repeated that the offender is police officer Y.Ş. 7 th High Criminal Court where the case related to the murder of Kemal Kurkut is being held who was shot by the police in 2017 Newroz, returned the first report prepared by the National Criminal Bureau (UKB) to prepare a new one, claimed that Kurkut was shot by a rococheting bullet in their second report.The second report, which was requested by the Court to respond with a definite conclusion about the contradictions between the report of the National Criminal Bureau, the Forensic Medicine Institute (ATK), the TRT Experts, the Gendarmerie Criminal Department and the Diyarbakır Criminal Police Laboratory, was prepared by reviewing reports and re-analysis of images.   The National Criminal Bureau reported the results as: "As stated in the report prepared by the National Criminal Bureau, Y.Ş.is the person who fired the shot. At the second request of the Diyarbakır 7th High Criminal Court, the exact question of how he was shot was studied and as a result it was found out that the victim was shot by the ricocheting bullet Y.Ş has fired and the shot was deadly."
