Yiğit who is on hunger strike for 141 days: Our hunger strike action is getting results 2019-05-25 14:56:51   MARDİN - Halef Yiğit (25) who continues his hunger strike at his home after his release, "Whatever happens our hunger strike action will continue until the isolation breaks. Because we know, to live is to resist."     Halef Yiğit who joined the hunger strikes on January 5 İn Tarsus Prison demanding the termination of the isolation of PKK Leader Abdullah Öcalan, is on hunger strike for 141 day. Yiğit continues the hunger strike from his home after his release. Yiğit whom the doctors warned not to travel because he is in critical condition, rejected to go to the hospital.    Yiğit who spoke to Mesopotamian Agency (MA) stated that he is aware of the importance of their action. Yiğit who emphasized that their health does not matter for them and all they are focused on is the removal of the isolation, said: "Our action is getting results right now. The government is taking steps backwards. We see that attorneys have seen Öcalan after 8 years. That shows how stuck they are. Our hunger strike action have spreaded world wide. The resistance is growing."     Yiğit who stated that the statement of the attorneys who met with Öcalan is at utmost importance for them, said: "No matter what happens, the hunger strikes will continue  until the isolation is breaks. Because we know to live is to resist."
