
Prisoner on hunger strike for 86 days vomitting blood

	SİİRT - According to the information obtained, Güllü Daşçı who is on hunger strikefor 86 days in Mardin Type E Closed Prison is vomitting blood.

	One of the thousands of prisoners who joined the hunger strike action demanding the end of the isolation for PKK Leader Abdullah Öcalan is 25 year old Güllü Daşçı. Daşçı who is on hunger strike since February 20 in Mardin Type E CLosed Prison is on the 86th day of her hunger strike.

	Daşçı who was sentenced to 12 years in prisons for multiple charges is in prison for 2 and a half years. Leyla Daşçı (60) who visited her daughter on May 15, said her daughter's condition is critical. Mother Daşçı who stated that Güllü Daşçı is on hunger strike with 14 of her friends, said her daughter vomitted blood 4 times on May 13. Daşçı who stated that her daughter developed a stomach ulcer because she does not accept treatment, said their morale is high. Mother Daşçı stated that her daughter told her that they will continue their hunger strike until they get results.
