They should not regret anything when we fall."     Nihat Ekmez who was arrested in 1996 with the accusation of 'being a member of an illegal organization, is in prison 23 years. Ekmez is on hunger strike since December 26. Ekmez who continues his hunger strikef or 126 days, made a phonecall with his brother.   Ekmez who spoke to his family last saturday, said: "We know that we are being heard out there. We are resisting here. Our people should hear our voice and not regret anything when we fall.Our people should not remain unresponsive and silent. We want them to respond to our resistance.Their actions will make a difference. We will get results for sure."     Ekmez who drew attention to the health conditions of other hunger strikers, said: "Some of our friends are doing really bad.Some of our friends have difficulty walking, sleeping and speaking. They have severe head aches, low blood pressure. Our morale is high. We don't think about our health. Our only aim is to break the isolation."   Serhat Ekmez who visited his brother said: "My brother have lost 15 kilos. He says they don't want anything for themselves all they want is the good of the people.And they just want the isolation to be over and a way to dialogue to be opened."
