Yüceer from CHP: Giving election certificate to those who are not elected is immoral 2019-04-16 12:26:10 ANKARA- Candan Yüceer from CHP, reacting to the fact that the election certificates of those who were discharged with a law decree are not being given as a result of the decision of Supreme Board of Elections (YSK), said: "Giving election certificates to people whom are not elected is unacceptable and immoral."     Republican People's Party (CHP) Tekirdağ Deputy Candan Yüceer, assessed the decision of YSK that prevents the elected officials recieving their election certificates because they were formerly discharged with a decree of law back in emergency state. Yüceer who stated that the decision of YSK is unlawful, said: "The will of the people is obvious. But the law does not work. We are going through a period where law siezed to exist."     Yüceer who reacted to the fact that the election certificates of the People's Democratic Party (HDP) candidates who won the elections in their cities and districts are ot being given with the YSK decision, said: "It is a record of lawlessness. Those people were able nominate themselves and be candidates with no obstacles. There are elected deputies in the same situation. The law is clear. We have witnessed closely how these people were discharged. All opponents were discharged in the pretense of struggling with 'FETÖ'. It was a purge. Not giving these people their certificates of election is unacceptable by law or conscience. It is immoral. On the other hand, they say 13-14 thousand vote diference is not enough, we want the election to be cancelled. What? Should we do the elections again and again until you win? Or ignore the scores until you like them?"
