'Let's support the hunger strikes and be their voices' 2019-03-18 11:58:47   DİYARBAKIR- Mother Aysel Tufan whose child is on hunger strike in prison said: "Let's be the voice of our children. Enough is enough. Let the bad days be over. We must support the hunger strikers more."   The hunger strike of Democratic Society Congress (DTK) Co-chair and People's Democratic Party (HDP) Hakkari Deputy Leyla Güven is on its 131th day with the demand of the removal of the isolation on PKK Leader Abdullah Öcalan. The hunger strikes political prisoners started on December 16,2018 have spreaded to all prisons on March 1. One of these hunger strikers who joined the action on March 1 is Aziz Tufan who is imprisoned with the claim of 'being a member of an organization' for 2 and a half years.   Aysel Tufan (48) who said she had learned her son is on a hunger strike on March 6 when she went to the prison to visit her son, said she has not been able to set tables at her home and that the demands must be met at once.   'WE ARE SCREAMING, ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!'   Mother Tufan who emphasized that she is one of the 25 women who wre taken under custody in Diyarbakır District Organization on December 10,2018, said:" They should not assume that we are afraid. We are afraid of nothing. We might die as well if we will lose our children. We will do everything to keep them alive. We can not sleep at nights. We are screaming.Our neighbors join us in our screams.Enough is enough!"
