
Medeni Yıldırım Case: The main evidence obtained  after 5 and a half years

	DİYARBAKIR- Attorney Reyhan Yalçındağ said the main evidence is finally obtained after 5 and a half years after Medeni Yıldırım was killed in the 'Kalekol protest' (Police station) in Lice.

	&nbsp;

	The case for the killing of Medeni Yıldırım at the protest of the construction of the new police station (Kalekol) where soldiar Adem Çiftçi is being tried was seen in Diyarbakır 7th Criminal Court.

	&nbsp;

	Reyhan Yalçındağ, attorney of Yıldırım family, said they newly obtained the mail evidence after 5 and a half years. Yalçındağ said: "We have an exploration and expert report. We saw in this case how an ineffective investigation was carried out for the people killed in this geography. It is clear that some of the &nbsp;evidence was not consciously collected, this is an incomplete and ineffective investigation. In this sense, our demands were not taken into consideration."

	&nbsp;

	The court adjourned the hearing to May 16 after deciding to ask the outcome of the criminal complaint made before for the actual perpetrators to be found.
