Hunger striker Çeper’s father: The demand of our children are our demands 2019-02-02 12:22:10   İSTANBUL- Abdulgafur Çeper whose son Ramazan Çeper is on hunger strike for 49 days in Edirne Type F Closed Prison, said:” Our children does not deserve this kind of unlawfulness. They want what is within their rights. Their demands are our demands.”   The hunger strike of Democratic Society Congress (DTK) Co-chair and People’s Democratic Party (HDP) Hakkari Deputy Leyla Güven and other 281 political prisoners is continuing with the demand of the termination of the isolation. Ramazan Çeper, Zerdeşt Oduncu and Adem Arslan are on a hunger strike for 49 days.   Father of Ramazan Çeper, Abdulgafur Çeper said he spoke to her son on the phone on January 25 and said his morale was high, said: “ But I know they are not doing well. Because they are on a hunger strike for 49 days.They have a will and they are continuing their actiono n that direction.”     Çeper who underlined that the demand of their children is very clear, said: “ To maintain a democratic  political arena in Turkey and for the need for everyone to live humanely this severe isolation on society and İmralı must be abolished.They do not have any other demand. They want what is within their rights.Their demands are our demands.”
