Investigation initiated despite acquittal decision 2019-02-01 11:16:01   DİYARBAKIR- SES Diyarbakır Branch Co-chair  Recep Oruç, who was suspended by an investigation opened against him, was acquitted of this case and a new administrative investigation was launched while he was waiting to be reinstated.   Political parties, civil society organizations and professional associations protesting the government about the operation initiated on January 20, 2018 to North Syria, Efrin, issued a joint statement. Attending the meeting of the Health and Social Workers Workers Union (SES) Diyarbakir Branch Co-President Recep Oruç was taken into custody and was discharged from his job. As a result of the investigation, a law suit was filed against Oruç in Diyarbakır 4 th High Criminal Court with the charges of ' being a member of the organization ' and  'propaganda for an organization' . As the result of the lawsuit, no evidence was found for the allegations in question and oruç was acquitted.   After the court's decision of acquittal, while Oruç was waiting to be reinstated to his job, a new investigation was launched against Oruç by the High Disciplinary Board of the Ministry of Health even though he was cleared  of all charges.
