Leyla Güven is in the 83rd day of her hunger strike: Difficulty in fluid intake

	DİYARBAKIR- DTO President Mehmet Şerif Demir who stated that Leyla Güven is suffering from fatigue, she has a loss in her apetite and she has difficulty in fluid intake from time to time, said she had lost a great deal of weight and has decreased muscle power .

	 

	The hunger strike of Democratic Society Congress Co-chair (DTK) and People's Democratic Party Hakkari Deputy Leyla Güven have started to protest the isolation of PKK Leader Abdullah Öcalan is continuing on its 83rd day.Güven continues her hunger strike in her home after her release from prison on January 25.

	 

	The health status of Güven is also serious. The delegation formed by the Diyarbakır Medical Chamber (DTO) carries out routine health checks of Güven. Mehmet Serif Demir, DTO President, said they formed a committee to follow up on Güven's health. Demir also stated that they started to work to determine the impacts of Guven's health condition and to keep her under observation by an expert delegation during the hunger strike action at the request of his lawyers.

	 

	Demir said that the delegation was not able to examine Güven because she wasn't feeling well. Demir also stated that Güven  is suffering from fatigue, she has a loss in her apetite and she has difficulty in fluid intake from time to time, said she had lost a great deal of weight and has decreased muscle power .
