In the hearing no one attended, Leyla Güven was released 2019-01-25 11:18:40   DİYARBAKIR- DTK Co-chair Leyla Güven who has been on a hunger strike for 79 days with the demand of terminating the isolation on PKK Leader Abdullah Öcalan, was released in the hearing no one attended.   The 5 th hearing of the case against Democratic Society Congress Co-chair (DTK) and People's Democratic Party Hakkari Deputy Leyla Güven who has been on a hunger strike for 79 days with the demand of terminating the isolation on PKK Leader Abdullah Öcalan with the allegations of ’establishing and managing an armed organization’, ’making propaganda for an illegal organization' and 'Opposition to Law No. 2911' was held at the 9th High Criminal Court in Diyarbakır. No one attended the hearing including Leyla Güven and her attorneys.   Intensive security measures were around the court pre-trial.   Prosecution requested continuation of detention in the hearing no one attended.   LEYLA GÜVEN WAS RELEASED   The court board decided to release Güven with a ban to travel abroad.
