Police raid to the hall where HDP candidates would be introduced

	DİYARBAKIR- Police officers raided the Ayaz Elegance Conference Hall, where HDP will hold a publicity meeting today in Diyarbakır, and seized the banners about Leyla Güven who is on  hunger strike.

	 

	Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) will hold a publicity meeting  in which they will introduce their candidates for the local elections at the Ayaz Elegance Conference Hall in Kayapınar district of Diyarbakır with the participation of Pervin Buldan and Sezai Temelli. Police officers from the Diyarbakır Security Directorate raided the Ayaz Elegance Conference Hall, where the HDP introductory meeting was held yesterday evening.

	 

	The police searched the hall, and siezed the banners with the  photographs of the Democratic Society Congress (DTK) Co-Chair Leyla Güven who continued her indefinite non-rotating hunger strike lasting for 78 days with the demand of abolishing isolation of PKK Leader Abdullah Öcalan in Diyarbakır E Type Closed Prison where she has been detained.

	 

	 After the search, HDP group advisor Emrullah Yalçın and HDP worker Murat Gökdağ was taken under custody by the police. Yalçın and Gökdağ, who were taken to the Diyarbakır Security Directorate, were released after giving their depositions to the police.
