
Özgür Gündem hearing was postponed

	İSTANBUL- In the case where journalists Hüseyin Aykol, Eren Keskin and Reyhan Çapan are being tried, the motion for joinder action will be evaluated the next case.

	The 9th hearing of Eren Keskin and Hüseyin Aykol, the editor-in-chiefs of Özgür Gündem newspaper, which was closed with the Decree Law, and the editor of the newspaper Reyhan Çapan and reporter Hasan Başak was held at İstanbul 13th Criminal Court.

	&nbsp;

	Özcan Kılıç, attorney of the journalists motioned for joinder action while the prosecution demanded the request to be evaluated the next session and the continuation of the warrant about Hasan Başak.&nbsp;

	&nbsp;

	The court board accepted the requests of the prosecution and postponed the trial to May 7.
