	DERSİM- Evrensel Newspaper Dersim reporter Kemal Özer was released after 16 months of imprisonment.

	5th hearing of Evrensel Newspaper Dersim reporter Kemal Özer who was being tried with the charge of 'Being a member of an illegal organization' with a sentence request of up to 15 years was held today ay Tunceli 1st Criminal Court.

	&nbsp;

	Labour Party Dersim District Organization executives, Özer's relatives and lawyers and Kemal Özer who has been detained since September 2017 attended the hearing. Özer denied the accusations against him and demanded his release.

	&nbsp;

	Following the defense, the court decided to release journalist Özer on the condition of judicial control and postponed the hearing on 11 March.
