Was the families of the ÖSO members who died became Turkish citizens? 2019-01-21 11:52:01   ANTEP-  According to the information being reached, 70 of the families of Free Syrian Army (ÖSO) members who died in Efrin were given the citizenship of Turkey. While the subject was brought to the attention of the parliament by a parliamentary question tabled by İYİ Party, it was learned that the families of Sultan Murad division commander Fehim İsa and his family were given citizenships.   Reuters News Agency informed in a news article on September 7,2018  that citizenships and residents were promised to the families of ÖSO members who died in the war. The issue was brought to parliament attention with a parliamentary question tabled by İyi Party Vice Chairperson Aytun Çıray.   While Çıray have not been responded by the Ministry of Defence Hulusi Akar and Vice President Fuay Oktay yet, the information that the procedure for citizenship was started for thosee who were promised citizenship in Antep on January 14.   Under normal conditions, individuals should apply to the Provincial Directorate of Migration Management and Population for their naturalization.However, according to the information obtained, the naturalization of family members of the ÖSO was carried out by private personnel.   Such that the fee of £ 15 to be deposited as an ID card fee is also paid by these special staff.   According to the information reached, so far 70 ÖSO families were taken to the citizenship of the Republic of Turkey. There is also a remarkable name among the new  citizens. That name is Sultan Murat Division Commander Fehim Isa and his family.
