	URFA- In the 11 county's of Urfa, 16 thousand 12 voters turned out not registered to their residences. There were other voters registered instead of them.

	In the display lists, 907 voters in Urfa, Birecik; 419 voters in Bozova, 532 voters in Ceylanpınar, 3 thousand 563 voters in Eyyubiye, 406 voters in Halfeti, 3 thousand 838 voters in Haliliye, 310 voters in Hilvan, 507 voters in Karaköprü, 951 voters in Siverek, 917 voters in Suruç and 262 voters in Viranşehir were not found in their residences.
