
Law suit against politicians who said 'Palace Fascism'

	‘ADANA- A law suit was filed against Hasan Kocaman from DBP who said 'Palaca Fascism' about the Efrin operation in Adana on Fabruary 2018 from article 301.

	&nbsp;

	&nbsp;

	An indictment was prepared about Democratic Districs Party Adana Provincial Deputy and New Life Association President Hasan Kocaman because he read the press statement about the Efrin operation in scope of an investigation carried out by Adana Chief Prosecutor's Office&nbsp;

	&nbsp;

	Adana 27th Penal Court of First Instance accepted the indictment that was prepared a year after the press statement and sued Kocaman on article 301 'Denighrating Government of the Turkish Republic'
