
Application made for Güven to attend to her mother's funeral

	DİYARBAKIR- Attorney's of DTK Co-chair Leyla Güven who has been in an indefinite non-rotating hunger strike have made an application for Güven to attend the funeral of her mother who passed away this morning.

	&nbsp;

	Attorneys of Democratic Society Congress (DTK) Co-chair and People's Democratic Party (HDP) Hakkari Parliament Leyla Güven who has been in an indefinite non-rotating hunger strike protesting the isolation of PKK Leader Abdullah Öcalan have applied to Diyarbakır Type E Closed Prison Administration for Güven to attend the funeral of her 94 year old mother Cevriye Güven. Prison administration will consider the application and in case they see fit, they will send the request to Diyarbakır Chief Prosecutor Office. Prosecution office who will consider the application will decide weahther or not Güven could attend her mother's funeral.
