Prosecution wants the HDP parliamentarian arrested 2018-12-28 12:44:58   DİYARBAKIR- In the hearing of the case against HDP parliamentarian Saliha Aydeniz, prosecution requested her arrest; the court rejected the request and decided to continue the ban to travel abroad.   The 4th hearing that People's Democratic Party (HDP) Parliamentarian Saliha Aydeniz who is being charged with 'Founding and managing an illegal organization' in the scope of her work in Democratic Society Congress (DTK) was held at Diyarbakır 10th Criminal Court.      Aydeniz's attorney Erhan Ürküt  requested the suspension of the trial and the abolition of the ban to travel abroad because his client was elected as a parliamentarian. Prosecution demanded her arrest due to suspicion to flee and strong doubt.   The court board rejected the demands of the prosecution and postponed the trial to May.
