
Another law suit for Encu from Roboski in the anniversary of the massacre

	NEWS DESK- Faruk Encu(26) from is being sued for social media shares.

	&nbsp;

	While the responsible parties aren't being brought to account, Roboski families who lost 34 people 19 of them being children in the massacre are being sued over and over again.

	&nbsp;

	Lastly, the investigation of Uludere Chief Public Prosecutor's office on Roboslian Faruk Encu (26) has turned into a case.

	&nbsp;

	As a result of an investigation, which was carried out on charges of ' praising crime and criminal' and 'provoking people publicly with hatred and hostility' , an indictment against Encu was submitted to the Uludere Criminal Court of First Instance.

	&nbsp;

	The court accepted the indictment which they recieved on December 24th.

	&nbsp;

	This file is the 6th file suited against Encu.
