rejection from the AYM to İmralı application without any justification

	İSTANBUL- The application Hamili Yıldırım, a prisoner in İmralı Type F Supermax Prison, have made to the supreme court was rejected with a single paragraph.

	 

	The 6 letters and faxes Yıldırım have wrote to his family and some other prisoners in other prisons was rejected by Department of Corrections Discipline Committee Presidency with the reason of being 'Undesirable' In the rationale of the decision, it was claimed that letters and faxes were  providing communication for organizational purposes. The objection Yıldırım have made to  Bursa's Bursa Enforcement Court was also rejected.
