The 'Panzer Case' where to children have died lasted for 2 minutes 2018-12-25 16:04:00   ŞIRNAK- The sixth hearing of the case against two police officers about the death of Yıldırım brothers who were crushed under the panzer that entered their house, breaking the wall in Silopi, was postponed due to  the report was not prepared in order to determine the defect status of the responsible persons.   The 6th hearing of the armed vehicle driver police Ömer Yeğit and his superior Murat Maden who killed Muhammed (7) and Furkan Yıldırım (6) brothers with a panzer while they were sleeping in their home on May 3, 2017 in Şırnak, Silopi was held in Cizre 2nd Criminal Court today.   Mesut Yıldırım, father of Yıldırım brothers and their attorneys were present at the hearing where the two police are charged with 'Reckless killing of multiple persons' with a sentence of 2 years to 15 years each.   THE TRIAL TOOK 2 MINUTES   The court Board said that the report for the determination of defects that Istanbul Technical University experts in the field of occupational health and safety should have sent, hasn't arrived yet and then postponed the hearing to Fabruary 14, 2019.
