	KİEV- KIEV - The tension between Ukraine and Russia is climbing. President Petro Poroshenko called on NATO to send warships to the Azov Sea 

	 

	Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko called on NATO to send warships to the Azov Sea  after the conflict with Russia.Speaking to the German Bild newspaper, Poroshenko said he hoped the ships would be sent "to provide assistance and security to Ukraine".

	 

	Russia opened fire on three boats of the Ukrainian Navy and detained its crew members in the Kerch Bulls between the Black Sea and the Azov Sea.

	 

	NATO made a "Full Support" statement regarding the non-member Ukraine.
