	DİYARBAKIR- Lisa Çalan's motion to join as a party to the case can not be determined due to the authority intricacy. Lisa Çalan lost both her legs in the HDP mass meeting where a bomb attack occured.

	&nbsp;

	Despite the time passed after the ISIS bomb attack to People's Democratic Party (HDP) Diyarbakır Station Square meeting where Lisa Çalan lost both of her legs, authorities did not aceept her motion to join as a party nor they invited her for a deposition.

	&nbsp;

	Lisa Çalan's motion to join as party is shuttling between Diyarbakır and Ankara Chief Prosecutor's office due to the &nbsp;decision of rejection of venue .
