HDP youth: We will spread Güven's resistance

	DİYARBAKIR- HDP youth who stated that they support DTK Co-chair Leyla Güven's hunger strike, said they will spread this resistance and raise the struggle.

	 

	People's Democratic Party (HDP) youth organization have held the 2nd ordinary congress yesterday in Diyarbakır. More than 10 thousand people attended to the congress coming from all sides of Turkey. The youth stated that they will spread the resistance and raise the struggle against segregation of Öcalan.

	 

	The youth reminding that Güven's hunger strike is in its 19th day, drew attention to the fact that her resistance is not for the violations of rights she herself experiences but for the segregation imposed on Öcalan. While they emphasized that Öcalan represents the will of 40 million people, they said: " Manyof our mayors and parliamentarians were arrested during the state of emergency. The freedom of all political prisoners are attached to the freedom of Öcalan. The fact that Leyla Güven have shown this brave resistance is appreciated by the Kurdish people. And we, as the youth, will be supporting her resistance.
