Kerestecioğlu: ECHR verdicts binded us when Erdoğan applies, and it doesn't bind us when Demirtaş does?

	NEWS DESK- HDP Ankara Parliamentarian Filiz Kerestecioğlu reminded Erdoğan about his application ito ECHR in 2002 and that ECHR decisions concerned Turkey back then when he applied and asked him "ECHR verdicts concern us when Erdoğan applies, and it doesn't when Demirtaş does?"

	 

	HDP Ankara  Parliamentarian Filiz Kerestecioğlu made a speech in parliamentary counsel after European Court Of Human's Rights' verdict about the immediate release of Demirtaş and told that his being arrested is against national and international law and he should be released immediately.

	 

	In her speech Kerestecioğlu said: "ECHR decided that Demirtaş is detained because of political reasons ,that his rights and liberties are being violated and he should be released. This is a binding decision and the state is committing a crime everyday they keep him detained. Turkey should abide the decision and release Demirtaş now.
