
Özsoy: Instead of putting them in lists, responsibility must be taken for peace and negotiations

	ANKARA- HDP member Hişyar Özsoy who indicated that the peace process must be restarted in Turkey and to consider North and East Syria a threat must stop, said: "To put the leaders of PKK in reward lists will complicate things.Instead of putting them in lists, responsibility must be taken for securing peace and negotiations.

	Sovereign powers are repositioning themselves after the war with ISIS have come to an end. Lately 3 PKK leaders have been put on a reward list.

	&nbsp;

	HDP Vice president of Foreign Relations Hişyar Özsoy commented: "Turkish authorities are cautious. They want the relations with PYD cut. They are raising the stakes. USA may have have more provocative initiatives regarding PKK leader troop basis. This decison should not be considered symbolic. Ultimately extraditing Mr. Öcalan to Turkey was USA's decision. This must be considered to be a follow up of &nbsp;an international conspiricy.It must be handled seriosly."
