
Warrant for capture against Emekli who ordered pepper spray use

	İSTANBUL- A warrant for capture is issued for Deputy Manager of the Police Commissioner Ramazan Emekli for ordering praying pepper gas to Ceyda Sungur who have come to known as "Lady in Red" in Gezi Resistance.

	&nbsp;

	The hearing regarding the police spraying pepper gas on Ceyda Sungur was seen today in Çağlayan Courthouse 18th criminal court of general jurisdiction . Ramazan Emekli did not attend to the hearing even though there is a warrant for him to be brought to court.&nbsp;

	&nbsp;

	Ceyda Sungur's attorney requested a warrant for capture for Ramazan Emekli who did not shop up in court despite the warrant for him to be brought to court.

	&nbsp;

	Judge decided to issue a warrant for Emekli's capture.
