
ECHR will take up their position about the curfews

	ŞIRNAK-Attorney Newroz Uysal who commented on the trial ECHR will judge about the curfews in Cizre on November 13, said the attitude of the ECHR will show where they stand regarding Turkey and the Curfews.

	&nbsp;

	The trial about the violation of rights in the curfews in Cizre during 2015 and 2016 where too many people lost their lives will be seen on Novermber 13 in ECHR. Orhan Tunç and Ömer Elçi whose rights to life, freedom and security was violated will be the case of the trial on November 13 in Strasburg.

	ATTORNEY UYSAL: WHAT HAPPENED IN CIZRE WILL BE DISCUSSED&nbsp;

	Attorney Newroz Uysal who applied to the ECHR in the name of the families stated that there will be precedential verdicts. Uysal who emphasized that what happened is a crime against humanity said the grey area the government created in the pretense of counter terrorism will be discussed.
