Alınak: To be a human being is enough to look out for Öcalan 2018-11-02 11:28:51 KARS- Mahmut Alınak, the Kurdish politician who applied to the Presidency to be able to see PKK leader Abdullah Öcalan said " To be a human being is enough to look our for Mr. Öcalan" and he objected to the segregation policy. The segregation on PKK Leader Abdullah Öcalan who is being kept at İmralı Type F Supermax Penal Institution  continues. Upon the concern of his life, 50 Kurdish politician started a hunger strike on September 11, 2016 only after then his brother Mehmet Öcalan was allowed to see him in the prison. No one have seen him since then.   Kurdish Labourers Liberty Congress (EMK) spokesperson and ex Parliamentarian Mahmut Alınak ,have applied to the Presidency to see him.   Alınak said: " Fristly, the segregation on Mr. Öcalan is not humane.Let alone being humane it is against the law of The republic of Turkey. According to the law Mr. Öcalan has the right to speak to his relatives once a week, and he has the right to non contact visitation every two weeks and an open visitation once a month. But that 'coaster malfunction' can not be fixed for some reason. That inhumane conduct continues. Is there no way of producing projects about this? I think there is. You don't need to be a member of PKK, or be Kurdish, or support HDP to look out for Mr. Öcalan's rights. People could have looked out for him on a bases of humanity, and I think they still can."
