
Law suits against "Hacı Lokman Birlik" and "Kurdish people are a nation" shares

	ANTALYA- A law suit filed against Kadir Deliktaş who shared the photographs and videos of Hacı Lokman Birlik and ex PYD Co-chair Salih Muslim and wrote ' Kurdish people do exist. It is a nation and it's homeland is Kurdistan' on social media.

	In the scope of an investigation run by Antalya Chief Prosecutor's office an indictment of 'propaganda of an illegal organisation' was billed against Kadir Deliktaş. Antalya 9th Criminal Court excepted the indictment and filed a law suit.

	'IT IS A CRIME TO SHARE THE PHOTOGRAPHS OF LOKMAN BIRLIK'

	It has been noticed that Deliktaş's shares about PKK, YPG and Kurdish problem constitutes a crime in the 5 page indictment. Prosecution office acted on a tip off about Deliktaş and claimed that Deliktaş has been praising an making propaganda and insulted the state and the government. It has been considered a crime to share the video of Lokman Birlik whose dead body tied under an armed vehicle and dragged through the streets.

	The first trial of Deliktaş will be seen on November 5 in 9th Criminal Court
