Journalist Taşkın's final hearing will be seen tomorrow in Muş 2018-10-09 12:10:50   MUŞ- The final hearing of journalist Seda Taşkın will be seen in Muş 2nd criminal court tomorrow. Taşkın's lawyer Gulan Çağın Kaleli called for participation for Taşkın's trail tomorrow.   Seda Taşkın , a reporter of Mezopotamya Agency (MA) was taken under custody with the claim "there are serious accusations against her" in Muş on December 20, 2017 and was referred to the court after 4 days of detention and was released with judicial control decision.She was taken under custody again on January 22 with the objection of the prosecution and got arrested. Muş 2nd Criminal Court have charged Taşkın with "being a member of an illegal organisation" and "propaganda of an illegal organisation.”    The final hearing of Seda Taşkın who is currently detained in Sincan Women's Closed Prison will be seen in Muş 2nd criminal court tomorrow. A verdict is expected in tomorrows trial.   POOR PRİSON CONDITIONS   Kaleli reminding that Taşkın, like all prisoners live under poor prison conditions added: " She was in prison at the time when discussion on uniforms have arisen. After that the water usage was imposed a quota. And that water being contaminated, a lot of women suffered from hair and eye-lash loss and many gynecological diseases arose." Taşkın's lawyer Kaleli added; "Seda is a journalist who is trying to do her best with her job. We can see that in the person of Seda, they are trying to try the agency she worked for. We told the court board about her journalism and her reports but the asked meaningless quesions like "Why did you go to Muş?" instead of listening to us."   'THE TRIALS ARE SEEN FLANKED BY ARMED POLICE '   Kaleli stating that the trials have been seen flanked bby armed police added: " For that reason we are calling all her colleagues to participate in her trial and claim her . The one's who cannot stand any opponent voice, are trying to hush those voices using judicial power."
