	ANKARA- Despite the fact that Fadile Halaç Cebael is being jailed pending trial for killing 56 people in a wedding in Antep, his getting released due to health issues is in the parliament agenda.

	&nbsp;

	Fadile Halaç Cebael was released due to his health issues while being jailed pending trial for killing 56 people in a wedding in Antep on August 2016 with an ISIS bomb. Mahmut Toğrul , parliament member of People’s Democratic Party (HDP) asked Abdulhamit Gül, the Misinter of Justice why.

	Toğrul asked Minister Gül:

	*Is releasing ISIS members on health issues while non of the other sick prisoners are being released a deliberative policy?

	&nbsp;

	* How many of the ISIS prisoners have filed a medical report the courts? How many of them got released?

	&nbsp;

	* How many sick prisoners except from ISIS prisoners have filed medical reports? How many of them got released? Why those who filed medical reports havent got released?
