Journalist Merdan Yanardağ been arrested

	NEWS CENTER – TELE1 Editor-in-Chief Merdan Yanardağ, who was detained for criticizing the Imrali isolation, has been arrested.

	 

	TELE1 Editor-in-Chief Merdan Yanardağ, who was detained yesterday for his statements about the aggravated isolation of PKK Leader Abdullah Öcalan, was brought to the Istanbul Courthouse in Çağlayan for his statements. Yanardağ, who made a statement with the allegations of "praising the crime and the criminal" and "making propaganda for a terrorist organization", was referred to the court by the prosecutor's office with a request for arrest. The court decided to arrest Yanardağ.
