His lawyer, Resul Temur, was present at the hearing, which Boltan did not attend. The court recalled the decision of the 2nd Penal Chamber of the Diyarbakır Regional Court of Justice.   TEMUR REMEMBERED CASE WITHDRAWAL AT THE EARTHQUAKE   Boltan's lawyer, Resul Temur, reminded that the "insulting the President" cases were withdrawn after the destruction in 11 cities in the Mereş-centered earthquake. Temur demanded that the lawyers of AKP President Tayyip Erdoğan be sent a warrant stating that they gave up the case and did not pass.   The court rejected Temur's request. The delegation stated that the decision of the Court of Appeal regarding Boltan had been communicated and that there was no response regarding the waiver, and decided that the journalist Boltan should be present at the hearing, adjourning the hearing to October 26.
