The word 'guerrilla' is accused of 'being a member of a terrorist organization'! 2023-04-19 13:51:46   NEWS CENTER - In the indictment of detained journalist Zeynel Abidin Bulut, it was claimed that Bulut "acted with the target and ideology of the organization" because of the phrase "guerrilla" in the confiscated notebook.   Zeynel Abidin Bulut, one of the journalists imprisoned in Amed(Diyarbakır) and wanted to be punished for "being a member of a terrorist organization", will appear before the judge at the Diyarbakır 4th High Criminal Court on July 11, along with her other colleagues. In the indictment prepared against Bulut, who was on trial with 17 colleagues, 14 of whom were imprisoned, the television programs he participated in and the confiscated books were made the subject of accusations.   Documents on broadcast discussions of Sterk and Medya Haber TV, which were accessed to remote desktop servers, were also included in the Cloud section of the indictment. It was claimed that the documents in question were addressed to Bulut and other colleagues. It has been claimed that Bulut, by participating in the programs where discussions on current developments are carried out, "makes propaganda for a terrorist organization and is included in the hierarchy of the organization" with his evaluations. The evaluations made by Bulut in the program "Çavderî" presented by detained Mehmet Ali Ertaş were considered a crime.   Almost all of the books confiscated from Bulut's house were among the charges. It was stated that there was a "containment decision" regarding the books. Another remarkable detail in the section on Bulut was the evaluation made on a confiscated notebook. Pointing out that the phrase "guerrilla" was used for PKK members in the notebook, the following evaluation was made regarding the notebook: "(...) in this context, it is among the documents of an organizational nature that the aforementioned person adopted the target and ideology of the PKK/KCK terrorist organization and accordingly considered to act(...)"   The statements made by Bulut on his social media accounts and the statements of secret and public witnesses who made statements about other journalists that they were "making a program" were also subject to accusation. In the decision on blocking the treasury aid of the Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP), the statements of the anonymous witness "CV23TY45UP78", whose statements were shown as "evidence", were also included in the section on Bulut.
