	MARAŞ - On the 17th day of the earthquake, the image of the earthquake victim lying on the quilt on the central median of the road in the city center of Maraş became the photo of the "There is no state" condemnations.

	 

	Although it is the 17th day of the Maraş-centered earthquake, the shelter and basic needs of the people have not been found in many places. The photograph of an earthquake survivor lying on a quilt he had laid on the middle of the road at a crossroad in the center of Maraş, 40 percent of which was destroyed, is like a summary of the undelivered aid.
