	HATAY - Our reporters, who reported from Hatay, the epicenter of the earthquake, stated that AFAD received 28 debris reports, 8 injured, and cracks occurred around the Orontes River.

	After the earthquakes centered in Maraş that occurred on February 6 and affected 11 cities, two separate earthquakes with a magnitude of 6.4 and 5.8 occurred today at 20.05, the epicenter of which is the Samandağ and Defne districts of Hatay. Mezopotamya Agency correspondents, who have been in Hatay since February 6, when the Maraş-epicentered earthquake occurred, conveyed the latest developments from Defne, the epicenter of the earthquake.

	CRACKS AROUND THE RIVER

	While tsunami warnings were issued after the earthquake, it was observed that cracks occurred around the Orontes River and puddles formed at many points. In addition, it was reported that many houses, which were stated to be old, were destroyed in many villages, especially in the village of Minnet. It is also estimated that there were people in the wreckage of the destroyed houses. On the other hand, it was noted that there was a collapse on the highways and some bridges collapsed due to the effect of the earthquake.

	PIECES OF CONCRETE FALL FROM BUILDINGS

	According to the first information obtained; Many buildings were destroyed in Antakya, with the epicenters Defne and Samandağ. In addition, it was learned that many people were injured as a result of concrete pieces falling from damaged buildings in Defne during the earthquake. According to the first findings, 7 people were injured and taken to field hospitals. 7 people were injured. Again, in all three centers, many buildings are in danger of demolition and citizens are warned to stay away from the buildings.
