Cut column, illegal floors in many building

	ADIYAMAN - In Adıyaman, which was heavily damaged due to the earthquake, it was determined that the columns were cut in many collapsed buildings and there were illegal floors in many buildings.

	 

	According to unofficial data; 960 buildings were destroyed. According to the first data announced by the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change; An emergency demolition decision was made for 3,554 buildings that were heavily damaged. There were the Adıyaman Municipality building, AFAD building, Provincial Health Directorate, PTT, Türk Telekom and Forestry Management Directorate buildings as well as apartments among the destroyed buildings in the city center of Adıyaman.

	 

	While the collapse of the lower floors of many buildings with solid upper floors in the city draws attention, in some buildings, the floors are intertwined.

	 

	COLUMNS CUT

	 

	While it was determined that almost all of the buildings on the Mufti Street were cut, it was determined that the columns were cut in the same way in the buildings whose upper floors remained intact but the lower floors were completely destroyed.

	 

	BUILDING WITH LAND REGISTRY

	 

	The title deeds of hundreds of buildings were examined in the works carried out by the Public Prosecutor's Office together with the engineers of the ministry. According to the information given by an engineer working on the rubble; As a result of the comparison of the records examined and the existing conditions of the buildings, it was determined that most of the buildings were illegally thrown. It has been determined that some buildings that appear as 6 floors with the ground in the land registry records have 7 and 8 floors, and some buildings that appear as 7 floors with the floor in the land registry have been raised to 9 and 10 floors.

	 

	A Public Prosecutor, who participated in the detection studies at the beginning of the rubble, shared the information that the land registry records and the current heights of the buildings did not match with each other.
