Making a statement in the tent city established in Adıyaman, Erdoğan made threats to the people who expropriated the markets after the earthquake did not arrive for a long time and said: “Some ignorant people are robbing the markets and attacking the workplaces. Those who commit these abuses under the state of emergency will be subject to the necessary sanctions as soon as they are caught."   Erdoğan announced that the death toll in the earthquake increased to 18,991.
