
North and East Syria shelled following Akar's visit

	NEWS CENTER - Following the visit of Defense Minister Hulusi Akar to the border line, Northern and Eastern Syrian villages were shelled.

	&nbsp;

	Defense Minister Hulusi Akar, Chief of General Staff General Yaşar Güler, Land Forces Commander General Musa Avsever, Naval Forces Commander Admiral Ercüment Tatlıoğlu and Air Force Commander General Atilla Gülan went to the border line of Hatay. Akar and his entourage visited the Spring Shield Operations Region Sector Command.

	&nbsp;

	After Akar's border visit, the Zer village to the west of Girê Spî city in Northern and Eastern Syria and the Cilxilo village to the west of Kobanê were shelled with heavy weapons.

	&nbsp;

	ANHA announced that the village of Mişêrfê in the southeast of Zirgan and the village of Esediye in the north were also shelled with howitzers.
