Turkish National Intelligence Organisation meets with HTS and FSA 2022-11-10 11:13:23   NEWS CENTER - It was learned that MİT held meetings with FSA in Antep and HTS in Atmê, the two organisations MİT acts in cooperation with.   It was stated that Turkey, which continues its attacks against Northern and Eastern Syria, made a new attack plan and held meetings with groups affiliated to it through the Turkish National Intelligence Organisation (MİT). MİT members, who took action in the field, held meetings with FSA members in Antep and later with HTS members in Atmê on November 2.   According to the information obtained from the sources in the region, after the secret meeting of the MIT with the FSA administrators in Antep on November 2, a second secret meeting was held with a delegation from the members of the Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS), including El Colani, in the town of Atmê in Idlib.   It was learned that at this meeting, it was decided that Hayat Tahrir Al-Sham would stay in Afrin's center and countryside for a long time. It was also noted that the Hayat Tahrir al-Sham gangs will act together in Afrin not with their own identities and military uniforms, but with the uniforms of the Ahrar al-Sham group. On the other hand, it was stated that the MIT instructed Hayat Tahrir al-Sham to establish a military committee in Afrin center and then to establish military posts from Afrin to Kefir Cennê.   Trying to get HTS to accept the agreements it made with Russia at the meeting, the MIT demanded that the groups leave the control of the west of the M4 road to the Syrian regime and Russia. In return, Hayat Tahrir al-Sham was given permission to take Afrin and all of its countryside under their control.   NEW MILITARY FORMATION IN IDLIB   Hayat Tahrir Al-Sham, which attacked the Al Emşat groups that controlled the Cindirês and Şiyê districts of Afrin from Idlib, established a new military formation in Idlib called the "Hamza bin Abdul Muttalib Brigade". The military formation also received military training for 6 months. It was stated that it consisted of 400 people. It was learned that the trainings were given by the commanders of the Ahrar al-Sham gang, Ceysh al-Nasser gangs. Desiring to continue its dominance in Idlib, Hayat Tahrir al-Sham is strengthening its military presence in the region.   TURKEY PRESSURES FSA   It was learned that the meeting between the MIT and the FSA in Antep last Thursday took 40 minutes, not 4 hours, contrary to some sources.   According to the information obtained from the sources in the region, the MIT could not convince the FSA on many issues during the Antep meeting, which lasted less than 40 minutes. It was stated that MİT members, who put pressure on the FSA to establish the legitimate ground of HTS in Afrin and its countryside, left the meeting without any results.   Fehim Isa from Sultan Murat group, Mihemed El Casim Abu Emşe, Şêx Polat Ebubekir and Husêm Yasîn from Al-Emşat (Süleyman Shah) group attended the meeting.   If we list the decisions that are unlikely to be accepted by the FSA groups in the field at the meeting;   * All military operation rooms and institutions established by paramilitary groups will be closed.   * All groups will be gathered under a single military roof.   * Control of military points in Afrin will be transferred to the so-called civilian police groups to be established.   * The task of the Islamic council will only be issuing sharia fatwas, conflicts between the groups will be questioned in a military court.   * At the meeting, there will be no change in the positioning of HTS, which is located in the center and countryside of Afrin.   * At the meeting, MIT threatened Feylaq 3. and Cephe al-Shamiye not to send any reports to Russia and the United States, and it was stated that they would be punished if they did.   According to the information obtained from the region, the reflection of the meetings on the field, contrary to the plans of the MIT, the gangs started to prepare protesting the Turkish state in the areas of Al Bab, Marê and Afrin under Turkish control.
