Shami, who made a statement on his social media account with the title "Spot operation to MİT lies", said: "Another lie of the Turkish Republic, which is served to the press by the MIT, as it does almost every morning, and which the private war media meticulously embellish and catapult into screens and pages. The MIT lied that they had martyred Amed Dorşin in a spot operation in Şeddadê in the past days. The media outlet in question catapulted it into their headlines with their flashing big lie as a breaking news. YPG had already made a written statement on November 11, 2021 and announced the martyrdom of their fighter Amed Dorşin. The funeral ceremony held at the family home in Slemani was covered by the press."   Şami shared the news of Rojnews, published on November 10, 2021, on his Twitter account.
