
Akarsel's mortal remains welcomed with slogans

	KONYA - Jineology Academy Member Nagihan Akarsel's mortal remains was welcomed in the village where she was born, with the slogan "Jin jiyan azadi".

	&nbsp;

	The body of Jineology Research Center member, journalist and writer Nagihan Akarsel, who was killed as a result of an armed attack in the city of Slemani in the Federated Kurdistan Region on October 4, was brought to Konya City Hospital this morning. Akarsel's body was brought to Gölyazı (Xelikan) village of Konya, where she was born, after autopsy procedures.

	&nbsp;

	Akarsel's mortal remains was greeted with slogans in the town center of Cihanbeyli by hundreds of people and at the entrance of the village where she was born, with the slogans "Jin jiyan azadi", "Şehit na mirin" and "Biji Serok Apo".
