
Akarsel to be laid to rest in her village after autopsy

	ANKARA - Nagihan Akarsel will be brought to Konya City Hospital at 09:30 and will be laid to rest in her village after autopsy.

	&nbsp;

	The body of Jineology Research Center member, academic and journalist Nagihan Akersel, who was murdered as a result of an armed attack in the city of Slemani in the Federated Kurdistan Region on October 4, is expected to arrive at Konya City Hospital at 09:30. Akarsel will be brought to Gölyazı village of Cihanbeyli district and laid to rest after the autopsy procedures to be carried out at the Forensic Medicine Institute (ATK).

	Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) MPs and many party members set off from Ankara to Konya to attend the funeral.
