Anonymous witness did not attend the hearing of Abdullah Öcalan's lawyers 2022-10-12 16:52:23   ISTANBUL - A anonymous witness who had a decision to be brought did not attend the hearing of the lawyers who were tried for being the lawyer of PKK Leader Abdullah Öcalan.   The 5th hearing of the lawsuit filed against PKK Leader Abdullah Öcalan's lawyers, Rezan Sarıca, Ali Maden, Baran Doğan, Cengiz Yürekli, İnan Akmeşe, Mahmut Taşçı and Mehmet Selim Okçuoğlu on the allegation of "being of a member of a terrorist organisation", was held at the 33rd hearing in Istanbul, Çağlayan. He was seen in the High Criminal Court. Attorney Raziye Öztürk, attorney Metin İriz and attorney Onur Ardık were present at the hearing.   ANONYMOUS WITNESS DID NOT COME   In the hearing, which started with the identification, the anonymous witness, who was brought to the court, did not attend the hearing. The response to the warrant written to the Ankara 11th High Criminal Court was read and put in the file.   The lawyers who took the floor at the hearing stated that they did not accept the negative aspects in the documents received.   THE HEARING WAS ADJOURNED   The prosecution then took the floor and demanded that the missing points be corrected.   Announcing its interim decision, the court adjourned the hearing to December 7, deciding to take necessary actions to hear the anonymous witness.
