Oluç visiting Şenyaşar family: AKP creates injustice 2022-08-20 14:46:51   URFA - Visiting the Şenyaşar family, who continues their struggle for justice and stating that the Ministry of Justice and AKP are spreading injustice, HDP Group Deputy Chairperson Saruhan Oluç said: "Sooner or later, justice will come, the perpetrators will receive the punishment they deserve."   The Justice Watch carried out by the Şenyaşar family has reached day 530. The sit-in was launched on  March 9, 2021 by Emine Şenyaşar, who lost her husband and two sons as a result of the attack carried out by AKP MP İbrahim Halil Yıldız's bodyguards and relatives in the Suruç province of Urfa, on June 14, 2018. Although the courthouse was closed for the weekend, Emine Şenyaşar and son came to the Urfa Courthouse from their home in Suruç district. The mother and son, who have been prevented from sitting in the shade at the entrance of the courthouse by the police since August 8, started the sit-in in the "Şenyaşar family justice corner".   'THE MINISTER OF JUSTICE SPREADS INJUSTICE'   Emphasizing the importance of solidarity, HDP Group Deputy Chairperson Saruhan Oluç said: “The sit-in shows the situation in Turkey. If the Minister of Justice wishes, he can ensure that justice is provided in this case by directing judges and prosecutors. The Minister of Justice influences all proceedings. But when it comes to the Kurds, he does everything against them. The Minister of Justice  knows all the facts, but no action is taken. This institution is the indicator of the greatest injustice in Turkey. When this government changes, the perpetrators, and those who have been preventing justice from coming for years will be prosecuted. The truth will come out sooner or later. We will follow this case until the end.”
