Şenyaşar family: As long as mothers cry in Turkey, no problem will be solved 2022-06-18 16:20:27   URFA - Continuing the Justice Watch, Şenyaşar family drew attention to the sit-in of the Saturday Mothers that has been going on for 899 weeks and said: "As long as mothers cry in Turkey, no problem will be solved."   The Justice Watch carried out by the Şenyaşar family has reached day 467. The sit-in was launched on  March 9, 2021 by Emine Şenyaşar, who lost her husband and two sons as a result of the attack carried out by AKP MP İbrahim Halil Yıldız's bodyguards and relatives in the Suruç province of Urfa, on June 14, 2018. The family, who continues the sit-in in their house in Suruç district because the couthouse is closed at the weekend, shared a message from their Twitter account.   Using the hashtag “CumartesiAnneleri899Hafta” to draw attention to the sit-in of Saturday Mothers, who have been staging the sit-in for 899 weeks to ask about the whereabouts of their loved ones who are either dissappeared under custody or killed by unknown assailants, Şenyaşar shared the following message:  “Turkey is a state of law. Justice is absolute in the rule of law, we will bring it back with resistance. As long as mothers cry in Turkey, no problem will be solved”.
