TIP unfurls banner from Bosphorus Bridge for Gezi Protest

	ISTANBUL - TIP deputies hung a banner on the Bosphorus Bridge on the anniversary of the Gezi resistance.

	 

	Turkish Workers' Party (TIP) Deputies Erkan Baş, Sera Kadıgil and Ahmet Şık hung a banner on the Istanbul Bosphorus Bridge on the 9th anniversary of the Gezi resistance, with the famous slogan of the Gezi protest "Everywhere is Taksim, Everywhere is Resistance". While the TİP MPs were unfurling the banner, they were attacked by the police. The mobile phone of Sera Kadıgil, who was attacked by the police, fell into the sea in the scuffle.
