	AĞRI - 3 prisoners in Patnos Type L Closed Prison were battered by the guards. It was stated that the guards broke the arms of 2 prisoners and beat them leaving scars.&nbsp;

	Prisoners Bilal Babahan, Vedat Kalın and Ferit Kaşçı is held in Patnos Type L Closed Prison, were battered by the guards. Families who went to visit their children reported that the prisoners were handcuffed and battered by dozens of guards. According to the information received; two of the prisoners had broken arms and had scars on their heads.
